Terms of Service

These basic terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use Currency Competition.

Last updated June 3, 2026

Using the service

Currency Competition helps you scan supported merchant payment requests and pay using a connected wallet or supported payment provider. You are responsible for making sure each payment amount, destination, token, network, and wallet action is correct before you approve it.

You may use the service only if you can legally do so in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, abuse, or activity that interferes with the service or other users.

Wallets and transactions

You control your wallet and are responsible for safeguarding your device, wallet credentials, seed phrases, private keys, passkeys, and approvals. We cannot recover lost wallet access or reverse blockchain transactions that you authorize.

Crypto payments can involve network fees, price movement, failed transactions, delayed settlement, third-party outages, and irreversible transfers. Any displayed quote, balance, merchant information, or transaction status may be delayed or incomplete.

Third-party services

The service may rely on wallets, blockchains, payment processors, map data, merchant directories, infrastructure providers, and other third-party services. Those services are operated by their own providers and may have separate terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, merchant conduct, merchant goods or services, blockchain network behavior, wallet behavior, or any loss caused by a third party.

No financial advice

Currency Competition is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, taxes, records, compliance obligations, and evaluation of any payment or crypto asset risk.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also change these terms by posting an updated version in the app.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost assets, failed payments, or business interruption.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
